Cypher16 and Zardonic Join Forces on Explosive New Remix of “Push Through The Water”, Out 31 July!

What began as admiration for an artist’s work has evolved into an international collaboration, as UK alternative metal outfit Cypher16 and industrial drum and bass powerhouse Zardonic unveil an explosive remix of “Push Through The Water”, released on 31 July.

The collaboration was sparked by Cypher16 frontman Jack Doolan, who first discovered one of Zardonic’s tracks and was immediately captivated by its intensity and cinematic production. Inspired to explore further, Jack immersed himself in Zardonic’s catalogue, quickly becoming a fan before reaching out to discuss the possibility of working together.

After listening to Cypher16’s music, Zardonic was instantly drawn to “Push Through The Water”, believing it was the perfect track to reinterpret. The idea quickly gathered momentum, with Jack travelling to Europe to work alongside Zardonic in his studio, where the pair collaborated to craft what has become a thrilling new incarnation of the song.

The result is a remix that honours the emotional heart of the original while injecting it with Zardonic’s unmistakable blend of industrial metal, drum and bass and cinematic sound design. Crushing rhythms, soaring melodies and relentless energy combine to create a track that feels both familiar and entirely reborn.

Originally written as a reflection on perseverance and pushing through life’s most difficult moments, “Push Through The Water” carries a message of resilience and determination.
